When How long does shipping take?
Orders, under normal circumstances typically are shipped and delivered within 10-12 business days. With the COVID situation in the world and the numerous issues that have resulted from it, we ask that you allow 10-14 business days for delivery until things get back to normal. When combined with order volume during holidays, delivery can take even longer due to those circumstances out of our control. Shipping times also vary based on the destination.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost will always be included because we don't want there to be any sticker shock at checkout. The price you see on the product is the price you pay!
What if I need to cancel my order?
If for some reason you choose to cancel your order after placing it, you have 24 hours to do so. After the 24 hour window, if you request an order be cancelled we will make every attempt to do so, but we can not guarantee it. You would be able to still return your order for a refund after receiving as outlined in our return policy.
